Site managers need the paperwork before a drone leaves the case. We arrive with it.
Built around your project.
Every build moves at its own pace. We shape the coverage around your sites, key milestones and the content you need—from a single visit to a visual record of the whole development.
Combine drone photography and film with exterior and interior photography, cinematic site films, FPV flythroughs and time-lapse. Visits can follow your programme across one site or several, with edited progress films, fresh updates and short social cuts as the work develops.
Every visit includes a dated progress report. Together, we agree what to capture, how often to visit and how the finished content will support your team, investors and marketing.
Let’s plan your coverageQuestions site teams ask.
Are you licensed and insured to fly on a live site?
Yes. We hold the CAA General Visual Line of Sight Certificate and the A2 Certificate of Competency, carry £10M public liability insurance, and provide a risk assessment and method statement before every shoot.
Will you complete our site induction?
Yes. We complete your induction, wear the PPE your site requires and follow your site rules. We work with the site manager to agree when and where we fly.
Can you fly near cranes, scaffold or the public?
Each flight is planned around the site in the RAMS. We coordinate with the site manager and any crane operators, and keep clear of the public and live work areas.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Drones can't fly safely in strong wind or heavy rain. We watch the forecast and agree a backup date with you, so your programme of visits stays on track.
How quickly do we get the footage?
Within one week of each visit, at the latest. If you need stills sooner for a meeting or report, just ask.
Where do you work?
We're based in Herne Bay, Kent, and work across the South East, London and the rest of the UK.
Can we use the films in our own marketing?
Yes. You can use the films across your website, social media, sales material and investor updates. The details are set out in our agreement before work starts.

What we offer
Timelapse & progress reporting
We document projects by visiting the site at regular intervals, weekly, monthly, or at key construction milestones. During each visit, we capture high-resolution aerial images and video using drones to record the progress of the development.
These images are delivered after each visit and can be used for progress reports, stakeholder updates, and project documentation throughout the build.
Once the project is complete, all of the captured footage is combined to create a start-to-finish construction timelapse film, showcasing the full transformation of the site in a short, cinematic video.
This provides developers and construction companies with both ongoing visual reporting and a powerful final marketing asset when the project is finished.
Drone Inspection & Digital Survey Services
We provide advanced drone inspection and digital documentation services designed to give businesses, contractors, and property owners fast, safe, and accurate site insight without the need for scaffolding or costly access equipment.
Using advanced thermal drones such as the DJI Matrice 30T and DJI Matrice 4T, we can detect temperature differences across buildings, infrastructure, and industrial assets that are invisible to the naked eye.
These drones are equipped with high-resolution 640 × 512 radiometric thermal sensors capable of measuring temperature variations with an accuracy of around ±2°C, allowing us to identify issues such as heat loss, roof moisture ingress, electrical faults, overheating equipment, and defective solar panels.
Who is this for?
Our services are available for construction, commercial property, facilities management, and insurance assessments helping identify issues early, improve reporting accuracy, and create clear visual records of assets and project milestones.
